Eligibility for Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled only within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as all Hello Tegoi products are custom-made

Returns:

We offer a simple and hassle-free return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any stains, odors, perfume, sweat, smoke, or body smell.
All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Unboxing Proof: Customers must record an unboxing video and share it with us to be eligible for returns.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
